MEET ALI NEMER - CEO AT BARBER INDUSTRIES

As a ‘Master Barber’ and an expert in his field, plenty of hard work and long hours have seen Ali build a national brand and become the successful CEO of what is now one of Australia’s fastest growing Barbershop franchises.
Ali started in the barbering trade and learned his craft from the age of just fifteen years.
“When I was much younger and before I immigrated to Australia, I learnt my trade in a very traditional style barbershop, I am forever grateful for that experience and to have developed my skills in such an environment. We always strived to make the customer feel like royalty. We are now emulating that customer experience and making sure that this is what our culture is about at Barber Industries.”
When asked about the recently opened Barber Industries Barbershop at QVB Sydney, Ali again spoke about the culture of the brand and the importance of the customer experience.
“We are trying to deliver something special, it’s about creating a feeling in our customers. When they come to the city and visit us here at QVB, we are striving to make the experience something that they will savour and look forward to every time. We have an incredible team here, we offer prestige yet approachable services in men's grooming, delivering on all the extras. We place a little more emphasis on the experience and I believe that is what separates us from the rest.”
Whilst keeping busy with an ever expanding company, Ali also juggles family life and has his time in demand as the father of three daughters. He says that he “remains very ambitious’ however also seeks balance as he aspires to continue to grow the company while remaining a humble and loving family man.
