The barbershop was evidently missed by the slew of ragtag looking blokes queued up in that first week from October 11th. There were some rightfully scruffy looking men and many a home cut child in tow too. The team had their work cut out to put it mildly. Master Barber and the main man behind the barbershop chair in Roselands, Hassan Awada recounts:
“There was a bit of a celebratory vibe about that first week. After being locked up like a bunch of crooks for months, it’s easy to understand the peoples frustration and then also their elation when we reopened and they could come back into the barbershop. There were some pretty epic transformations taking place and you could see just how much the simple things like personal grooming were missed. Let’s hope the last of the lockdowns are behind us”
As we head towards summer, we need to navigate the big retail events of Black Friday and Cyber Weekend. This year, here at Barber Industries Roselands, we will be joining in on the action and offering a 30% discount on all of our men’s retail products when you make your purchase in conjunction with any grooming service. The offer will be available all weekend from Friday the 26th to Monday the 29th November.
Crossing over into December and we are sure to see the shopping spree continue as everyone gets prepared for Christmas. We are well organised with extra stock and gift packs available. A puck of styling wax makes a great stocking filler and a fine shaving set will make even a grown man blush. Gift vouchers are also available and will be appreciated by men of all ages.
If the government keeps its word it will be mid December when the last of the dreaded Covid Special Health Orders expire and we can welcome back our loyal barbershop customers in their entirety. For those who have been double-jabbed and visited us since the reopening, we thank you for checking in and showing the relevant information for entry. We appreciate your efforts and are thankful to be reopened and once again offering prestige yet approachable services in men’s grooming.
